What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or advertising trackers. We collect personal information only when you email us, in which case we receive your email address, name and anything you include in your message. The contact tool on our site prepares text inside your browser; it does not transmit data to us.

Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. These logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Why we use it and legal basis

We use emails to reply to you and to improve our guides, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Server logs are processed for security under the same basis.

Storage and retention

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless needed for an ongoing matter. Your browser may store a preference such as your cookie choice in local storage; see our cookie policy.

Sharing
